Q. My Message is not read yet. Should I send the details again?
Ans. No. If you have sent the details already, please wait for our team to respond. Our team shall revert to your request usually within 2 working days.
Q. Will someone come and collect the product from me?
Ans. We shall be arranging pickup from your location using our courier partners. If they have pickup service at your location, someone will come to your location and take back the item that you need to return. However, if your location is not serviceable by our courier partner, customer shall have to ship the item back to the address of the vendor which shall be provided by our support.
Q. The item was delivered at my home, so they shall come and pickup from my home no?
Ans. Not necessarily. Delivery and pickup are different services and all deliverable pincode does not necessarily be pickup serviceable.
Q. Is shipping charges refundable?
Ans. On successful return of an item, the original shipping charges are refundable. However return shipping charges should be borne by the customer unless notified otherwise.
Q. I payed using Cash on Delivery. Will I get Cash on return?
Ans. No. Refund for cash on delivery shall be made through your bank account only via NEFT or UPI transfers. You shall have to provide the details through the same Whatsapp itself.
Q. How long shall it take to get the refund?
Ans. Refunds for pickup provided by us shall be made within 7 working days from the date of pickup. Refunds for item shipped by customer to the vendor address shall be made in 7 working days from the date the item is delivered at the vendor location.
